I’m Avneesh Chauhan, a Full-Stack Software Engineer and Team Lead based in Jaipur, India, with 4 years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products across manufacturing, ERP, and business automation domains.

Currently at Aumtics Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I lead a team of 4 developers delivering 6 enterprise Manufacturing SaaS products (Prime, Gauge, Asset, Quality, SCM, NPD) serving 15+ manufacturing clients, while architecting end-to-end features across frontend, backend, database design, and real-time SAP & Zoho ERP integrations.

Previously at Softechure IT Services, I shipped 12+ full-stack web applications for 10+ clients using Laravel, React.js, and MySQL—improving page load speeds by 40%, cutting third-party integration time by 30%, and automating Linux production deployments with CI/CD.

Manual data entry between ERP systems (SAP, Zoho) and shop-floor MES modules was causing data discrepancies and wasting 10+ hours/week.

Problem

Manufacturing client operations required synchronized data across SAP ERP, Zoho ERP, and internal MES systems. Manual reconciliation led to delayed inventory updates and 10+ hours/week of overhead.

Manufacturing client operations required synchronized data across SAP ERP, Zoho ERP, and internal MES systems. Manual reconciliation led to delayed inventory updates and 10+ hours/week of overhead.

Root cause

Systems operated as isolated data silos without automated API event triggers or reliable webhook handlers.

Impact

Production scheduling suffered from inaccurate material availability figures, causing delays and human error in data entry.

Investigation

Analyzed API schemas for SAP OData services and Zoho ERP REST endpoints, identifying idempotent data mappings for inventory, purchase orders, and bill-of-materials.

Solution

Built an automated ERP sync engine with asynchronous background queues, webhook payload validators, and transactional conflict resolution in Laravel.

What I learned

Always design third-party integrations with idempotent retry handlers and queued processing so system downtimes do not corrupt state synchronization.
